Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational design, job architecture, headcount planning, and HR governance across the group.

Develop and maintain HR policies, internal regulations, delegation of authority, and labor compliance frameworks.

Build talent strategies including career paths, succession planning, employer branding, and leadership development.

Oversee recruitment, talent identification, and company-wide training programs.

Design and manage total rewards frameworks, including job grading, salary structures, incentives, and benefits.

Control workforce costs and payroll budgets.

Lead performance management systems, including KPI/BSC frameworks and periodic evaluations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in senior or leadership roles.
-
Experience in HR transformation or restructuring projects (e.g. KPIs, HR systems) is a strong advantage.

Solid knowledge of labor law and human resources best practices.
