Responsibilities:
- Standardize and oversee the training & development system, ensuring consistency across all Vietnam factories.
- Manage worker training & development, including recruitment forecasting, trainer availability, machine provision, program development, progress monitoring, performance tracking, and operator engagement.
- Develop and implement office & manager training programs, strengthen leadership capabilities, coordinate cross-functional training, manage external resources, and control training budgets.
- Provide strategic direction, foster teamwork and accountability, and support employee development in functional and managerial skills.
Qualìications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in training and development.
- Strong training and teaching abilities.
- Knowledge of garment production, sewing techniques, and operations management.
- Analytical mindset, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent English communication and computer proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
