Head of Learning and Development

    Responsibilities: 

    • Standardize and oversee the training & development system, ensuring consistency across all Vietnam factories.
    • Manage worker training & development, including recruitment forecasting, trainer availability, machine provision, program development, progress monitoring, performance tracking, and operator engagement.
    • Develop and implement office & manager training programs, strengthen leadership capabilities, coordinate cross-functional training, manage external resources, and control training budgets.
    • Provide strategic direction, foster teamwork and accountability, and support employee development in functional and managerial skills.

    Qualìications 

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in training and development.
    • Strong training and teaching abilities.
    • Knowledge of garment production, sewing techniques, and operations management.
    • Analytical mindset, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent English communication and computer proficiency.
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
