Overview:
My client is hiring a Head of Growth and Digital Marketing to lead global efforts in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for innovative, digital-first telecommunications brands. This strategic role will report to the VP of Consumer Marketing and involve crafting and executing growth strategies that leverage data insights, experimentation, and customer-focused solutions. The position also includes managing a team of 2-3 direct reports while collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to achieve ambitious business goals.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Oversee the execution of go-to-market plans to deliver key commercial outcomes.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze data and performance metrics to uncover insights and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Experimentation and Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests and other digital experiments to refine user experiences and maximize conversion rates.
- Channel Management: Optimize all marketing channels, both organic and paid, for efficiency and impact.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign results and adjust strategies based on actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal leadership, vendors, and partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a proven track record in user acquisition, engagement, and retention in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and martech tools.
- Experimentation: Skilled in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Collaboration: Strong communicator and team player, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Global Perspective: Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets and audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications, digital-first businesses, or startups is a significant advantage.
