Key Responsibilities:
- Develop loan and deposit product strategies for the SME customer segment.
- Manage business operations, taking responsibility for the business results of credit, deposit, and insurance products for the SME customer segment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and organizing sales teams, promoting sales activities for the business customer segment, with a team size of 30 staff under management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development for the business customer segment.
