Main Responsibilities:
- Execute customer service duties as instructed by the Manager, ensuring alignment with service standards for Healthcare or other Employee Benefits (EB) insurance products.
- Manage New/Renewal processes, including quotation design, interaction with insurers, market negotiation, sales support, comparison preparation, and proposal development.
- Offer guidance to clients regarding benefits and claims.
- Process client claims by providing document advice, negotiating with insurers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs), follow-up assistance, and support in obtaining missing documents.
- Prepare presentation materials and relevant documents for client meetings.
- Attend client meetings as requested.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with insurance partners.
- Provide regular coaching and training to junior staff.
- Manage internal reporting, revenue recording, and brokerage collection.
- Prepare insurance handbooks and claim guidelines for clients.
- Conduct seminars or workshops for clients.
- Manage correspondence and collaborate with the Manager to address client inquiries.
- Perform filing and documentation tasks.
- Handle additional customer service/sales administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of insurance experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
Salary and Benefits:

- Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30.
