Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational culture.

Provide strategic advice to the Board of Management on HR and organizational structure.

Design and implement performance management frameworks (KPI, OKR, etc.) and talent development initiatives.
-
Manage and optimize the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective workforce planning.
-
Foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and build succession pipelines.
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, workplace safety, and related regulations.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments (500+ employees) is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR compliance.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
-
Proficient in English for communication and reporting with foreign management.

Strategic mindset, strong accountability, and proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
