HR Director

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

    • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational culture.

    • Provide strategic advice to the Board of Management on HR and organizational structure.

    • Design and implement performance management frameworks (KPI, OKR, etc.) and talent development initiatives.

    • Manage and optimize the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective workforce planning.

    • Foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and build succession pipelines.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, workplace safety, and related regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

    • 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

    • Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments (500+ employees) is an advantage.

    • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR compliance.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficient in English for communication and reporting with foreign management.

    • Strategic mindset, strong accountability, and proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
