Job description
- Keep track of HR procedures, labor contracts, and personnel records
- Prepare the labor contract's appendix and take care of the signing process
- Work with the payroll team to provide a seamless and timely payroll payment every month
- Collection information and update HR reports
- Assist in the interviewing and screening process
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
- Other tasks assigned by HRM
Job requirements
- Familiar with Vietnamese recruitment platforms (TopCV, Vietnamworks,....)
- Experience in hiring direct sales is an advantage
- 03+ years of experience in human resources
- Good understanding of Vietnamese labor law and human resource operations
- Professional and accurate in work
- A strong feeling of responsibility
- Team player, strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
