HR Generalist

    Main Work
    Carry out the work of Recruitment, Timekeeping and Salary calculation, Social Insurance declaration, Personal Income Tax, and monthly union fees... for employees of the Company's office and stores in HCM specifically as follows:

    1. Attendance 

    • Check and compare the timekeeping data of all company employees on the software.
    • Handle cases of forgetting to check in, and not checking in on the correct check-in/out schedule according to the company's regulations.
    • Track annual leave of company employees monthly/yearly. 

    2. Salary, social insurance, personal income tax and union

    • Prepare monthly payroll reports, and calculate monthly sales bonuses for the store.
    • Answer questions about salary, bonus, and insurance for employees every month (if any)
    • Prepare monthly social insurance expense reports, and declare and make monthly/quarterly personal income tax expenses.
    • Prepare procedures for reporting increases and decreases, adjusting information, sick leave and maternity regime, closing procedures for employees with social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance monthly...
    • Union: Prepare expense reports, and monitor union dues.

    3. Labor Contract:

    • Monitor monthly labour contracts for employees past the probationary period.
    • Monitor the renewal of labour contracts for former employees.
    • Implement contract appendices and collaborators for company personnel when requested.

    4. Recruitment

    • Recruit positions for the company's HCM stores/offices, support other countries in recruiting (if any)
    • Communicate company policies and benefits to new employees joining the company or when issuing new policies.

    5. Other tasks:

    • Administrative tasks of HCM office: telephone, internet, staff work expenses, etc.
    • Support labour reports for the first 6 months of the year and the last 6 months of the year to the District Labor Federation.
    • Support in resolving employee complaints at the Labor Inspection Department (if any).
    • Draft documents, and draft emails to communicate to all company employees about welfare policies, employee benefits or changes in the Labor Law, Insurance Law, etc.
    • Coordinate other tasks as required by direct managers and the Board of Directors: English- Chinese-Vietnamese translation work.

    Requirements 

    • Age: 25-35 years old.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
    • Experience: Over 01 year of C&B experience or in equivalent positions
    • Mastering Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and policies of companies in the market.
    • Proficiency in office computer: Excel, Word
    • Active, straightforward, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
    • Willing to travel business in Vietnam or aboard
