    Key Responsibilities

    Business Transformation & Change Management

    • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that support organizational transformation.
    • Drive change management programs to embed new ways of working, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with business objectives.
    • Champion continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and systems.


    Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
    • Build strong employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
    • Partner with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.


    HR Generalist Functions

    • Oversee core HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
    • Develop and implement HR policies that balance organizational goals with employee well-being.
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring consistency and fairness.


    Business Partnering

    • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities.
    • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.
    • Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and trust.
