Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related )
- Having at least 5 years on hands C&B and Insurance & at least 3 years at the same level of manager position.
- Experience more than 3 years in footwear, textile garment industry (scope 3,000 employees).
- Deeply knowledge about Vietnam labor law (especially in wages and insurance).
- Good at Calculation, data Analysis and Reporting, Communication, Relationship at workplace
- Excellent in Excel and fluent in English
- Skills of maintaining, creating the relations and solve disagreements, conflicts in the organization & skills to build processes according to sets of standards
- Have experience to work with internal auditor, external auditor
- Time management, work under pressure ability, honesty and having strong moral principles
- Having the ability to make plan, organize work, analysis and solve issues
Job description
- Build up and manage compensation & benefits policies, procedures and processes.
- Manage all tasks and activities related to C&B (timekeeping, salary calculation and payment, annual leave, retirement, promotion & demotion), Hiring, Training & development, HRP.
- Ensure compensation and benefits comply with the current Vietnam labor law and client's requirements.
- Be in-charge of labor cost forecast in order to propose an effective compensation packages and bonus programs for the company
- Compensation Structure Comparison and designing support for other Entities
- Supporting Korean HR manager, HR planning and jobs related to HR department
- Be in-charge of data analysis/ consolidation and reports.
- Performance & HR KPI Management
- Consult regulations, policies, rules and propose measures to improve the quality of human resources, attend the evaluation for employees periodically, establish and evaluate KPI for employees.
