Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop training materials and manage performance programs.
- Create compensation strategies based on market data.
- Resolve employee concerns and disputes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Manage work visas for international staff.
- Administer employee insurance plans and liaise with providers.
- Handle promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Implement HR policies ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
- Preserve company culture while maintaining employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of HR management experience, ideally in tech.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and team-oriented.
