Reporting to: Head of Human Resources Management
Position Objective:
This role is responsible for efficiently and professionally implementing HR processes within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR processes such as performance appraisals, employee benefits (including health insurance and annual health check-ups), onboarding, and salary surveys, ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor monthly working hours and work closely with the Accounting Department to process payroll.
- Manage HR tasks for expatriates, including labor contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and expense reimbursements.
- Provide expert advice on labor relations, leveraging knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and corporate policies, as well as understanding personal income tax matters.
- Assist in developing company policies, internal labor regulations, and other essential documentation.
- Support annual events, including team-building activities, year-end celebrations, and in-house training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or Economics.
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a C&B Officer, HR Officer, or HRBP.
- Proven experience in setting up or organizing KPI frameworks and conducting performance reviews.
Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and reliability.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks to support team objectives.
Skills:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate level preferred).
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet research.
