HR Recruitment Leader (Chinese-speaking)

    Key Responsibilities
    Recruitment Operations Management

    • Develop and implement mass hiring plans based on production and manpower demands
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels and sourcing activities
    • Ensure sufficient candidate quantity and quality to meet hiring requirements

    Recruitment Team Leadership

    • Assign tasks, guide, and supervise the recruitment team’s daily activities
    • Train and develop team members to enhance recruitment capabilities and performance
    • Build and optimize effective recruitment processes and workflows

    Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

    • Manage recruitment communication and employer branding activities
    • Create recruitment related content and visual materials using Canva or similar tools
    • Develop and strengthen the company’s employer brand and factory image in the labor market

    Recruitment Reporting & Data Tracking

    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment performance and hiring progress
    • Prepare reports and recommend solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure recruitment timelines are achieved

    Requirements
    Education & Experience

    • College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Experience in recruitment and recruitment team management
    • Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding is an advantage

    Language

    • Good Chinese communication skills

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to work under high pressure
    • Canva design skills are a plus
