Senior HR Operations Specialist

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Compensation & Benefits
      • Collect and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. o Coordinate and monitor payroll and staffing vendors, identifying and resolving errors (manual input, formulas, reporting).
      • Stay up to date with labor law changes and ensure compliance in all C&B activities.
      • Collaborate and provide reports to regional/global HR peers (e.g., Malaysia, Shanghai).
    • Employee Services
      • Implement HR and employee engagement projects assigned by corporate to improve employee experience.
      • Support welfare, activities, and employee services initiatives at the plant.
      • Participate in continuous improvement projects and propose ideas to enhance HR processes.

    Requirements:

    • Strong background in Compensation & Benefits, especially payroll and labor law.
    • Fluent English (both written and spoken) for independent work with global sites and outsourcing vendors.
    • Experience working in the manufacturing industry, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently, not relying entirely on outsource partners.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Social insurance based on full salary.
    • Shuttle bus from Hanoi/Bac Ninh or transportation allowance if not using company transport.
    • Working schedule: Monday to Friday and 2,5 Saturday/month.
