About the Role:
This ideal candidate is a skilled HR leader with deep expertise in excelling in designing competitive C&B programs, managing budgets, ensuring legal compliance, and partnering with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire scope of compensation and benefits, including salary and benefits administration, personnel budget planning, HR technology systems, and compliance with employment laws.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner, advising department heads on matters related to compensation and benefits policies and employee relations.
- Develop and execute compensation and benefits programs, maintain competitive salary structures, manage workforce costs effectively, and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and human resources vision.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of overall HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role within multinational corporations or large-scale enterprises.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of English.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations applicable to the relevant region(s).
- Proven ability in financial planning and budget management.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in designing and evaluating compensation and benefits structures.
- Demonstrated expertise and leadership in compensation and benefits management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
