    About the Role:
    This ideal candidate is a skilled HR leader with deep expertise in excelling in designing competitive C&B programs, managing budgets, ensuring legal compliance, and partnering with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the entire scope of compensation and benefits, including salary and benefits administration, personnel budget planning, HR technology systems, and compliance with employment laws.
    • Serve as a strategic HR partner, advising department heads on matters related to compensation and benefits policies and employee relations.
    • Develop and execute compensation and benefits programs, maintain competitive salary structures, manage workforce costs effectively, and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and human resources vision.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 10 years of overall HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role within multinational corporations or large-scale enterprises.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong command of English.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations applicable to the relevant region(s).
    • Proven ability in financial planning and budget management.
    • Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
    • Skilled in designing and evaluating compensation and benefits structures.
    • Demonstrated expertise and leadership in compensation and benefits management.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in multinational corporations or large-scale enterprises.
