HRBP Manager (12 months contract)

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Business Partnership (60%)

    Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders and managers across a range of people-related matters, including:

    Organization Design & Development

    • Partner with business leaders to evaluate and optimize organizational structures in response to evolving business needs.
    • Support initiatives that enhance organizational capability, effectiveness, and employee development.

    Talent Management & Succession Planning

    • Advise leaders on talent identification, development, and succession strategies to ensure future leadership readiness.

    Workforce Planning

    • Support short and long term workforce planning activities.
    • Partner with stakeholders on hiring, talent deployment, capability building, and workforce transitions to meet business objectives and budget requirements.

    Employee Relations

    • Promote positive employee relations through proactive engagement strategies and effective issue resolution.
    • Support consultation, negotiations, and stakeholder management where required.

    Leadership Coaching & People Management

    • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, people management practices, and employee development.

    Performance Management

    • Guide managers through performance review processes, goal setting, performance improvement plans, and employee relations matters.
    • Provide advice on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and risk mitigation.

    Culture & Change Management

    • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and engagement.

    Employee Engagement & Experience

    • Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, wellbeing, and employer branding.

    HR Operations & Advisory

    • Provide timely HR guidance and support while ensuring compliance with policies and processes.

    HR Projects (20%)

    • Lead and execute local HR initiatives aligned with business and people strategies.
    • Participate in regional and global HR programs and cross-functional projects.

    Centre of Excellence Leadership (20%)

    • Act as the lead or key contributor for a designated HR specialty area such as Talent Development, Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, or other HR Centers of Excellence.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Approximately 5 to 7 years of HR experience in a similar business partnering role.
    • Exposure to multiple industries is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, data, and workforce insights to support decision-making.
    • Proven capability in solving complex people and business challenges through strategic HR solutions.
    • Experience operating within matrix organizations and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and functions.
    • Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and commitment to continuous professional development.
