Job Summary
Lead and oversee the organization’s human resources and general administration functions, ensuring people and administrative practices are compliant, effective, and aligned with business strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and continuously improve HR and administrative policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with senior leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee administrative operations covering facilities, procurement, logistics, records management, workplace safety, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards; manage HR and administrative budgets.
- Serve as the primary HR business partner to functional leaders, providing practical and strategic people solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degrees or international HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or equivalent leadership role; experience in regulated or financial sectors is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
