Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Advisory Role: Act as a key advisor to the Board of Management on human capital issues, providing insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Talent Management: Design and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Performance Management: Establish a comprehensive performance management system that emphasizes continuous feedback, performance reviews, and goal setting to support personal and organizational growth.
- Change Management: Lead HR efforts in organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during expansions, restructures, or new technology rollouts, while minimizing disruptions.
- Organizational Design: Collaborate with department heads to redesign structures, improve productivity, and foster collaboration and innovation. This may involve redefining roles or introducing new operating models.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies and conflict resolution practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing risks associated with human resources practices.
- Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess organizational health, informing decisions and strategies at the executive level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within the banking and financial services industry or a well-established conglomerate.
- Strong business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to link HR strategies to business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
