Location: Nha Trang
Position overview: The HR Director will oversee all human resource operations for a luxury resort with over 1,000 employees. They will lead strategic initiatives to enhance workforce engagement, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and promote diversity.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record managing HR operations for organizations with a workforce of at least 1,000 employees.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
- A dynamic and charismatic leader with patience and the ability to inspire and engage teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR practices, ensuring compliance and effective workforce management.
