Human Resources Director

    Reports to: CEO

    1. Role Overview
    The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This role oversees organizational structure, talent acquisition, employee development, compensation policies, and company culture. The HR Director ensures compliance with labour laws, fosters a positive work environment, and enhances overall employee engagement and performance.

    2. Key Responsibilities

    HR Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and execute mid and long-term HR strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.
    • Design and optimize organizational structure, HR systems, and policies to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape corporate culture and core values.
    • Led and managed the HR & Administration team, ensuring seamless and effective operations.

    Talent Development

    • Oversee recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
    • Establish performance evaluation systems to assess and improve employee effectiveness.

    Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

    • Design, assess, and optimize compensation structures, benefits policies, and performance incentives.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.
    • Supervise the implementation of employee policies, welfare programs, and labour relations.
    • Resolve labour disputes and workplace issues fairly and legally.

    Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture

    • Foster a strong company culture, promoting engagement and collaboration.
    • Develop internal communication strategies to effectively convey company values.

    HR Operations & Administration

    • Manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.
    • Oversee document control, compliance, and administrative procedures to maintain a structured HR system.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and external partners.

    3. Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, and Economics.
    • At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably from Commercial FMCG, Retail, and Trading companies.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR strategy, compensation systems, performance management
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
    • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
