- Strategic recruitment and onboarding are key, requiring collaboration for planning and execution, including visa processing.
- Oversees employee relations, including appraisals, disciplinary actions, and fostering positive working relationships.
- Compensation and benefits management involves salary planning, market analysis, and policy review for competitiveness.
- As the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and ensures policy compliance.
- Training and development programs are designed and implemented to address current and future needs.
- HRIS implementation and optimization are essential for data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.
- Cultivating a positive company culture through relationship building and social events.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
- A proven ability to exercise strong leadership, influence stakeholders, and effectively resolve complex problems is necessary.
