Human Resources Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Business Partnering

    • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, driving performance through effective talent management, organizational design, culture, and workforce planning.
    • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations and regularly review, update, and communicate employee policies and handbook provisions.
    • Collaborate closely with the Asia HR Director and global HRBP teams to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience across the organization.
    • Support regional and global HR initiatives while building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful local implementation.
    • Monitor employee engagement and work with managers to strengthen team effectiveness, employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
    • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, address talent gaps, support recruitment activities, and promote internal mobility opportunities.
    • Advise leadership on compensation practices, workforce trends, retention risks, and talent-related decision-making.
    • Facilitate learning and development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and support long-term career progression.
    • Proactively identify organizational challenges and opportunities, recommending and implementing HR solutions that contribute to business success.
    • Champion a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture through strong leadership and professional conduct.

    HR Operations & Support

    • Manage and continuously improve HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, retention, and offboarding.
    • Serve as the key resource for HR processes, systems, reporting, analytics, and operational support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Analyze workforce data and employment trends to provide meaningful insights that support informed business decisions.
    • Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure HR data accuracy and system integrity through effective administration of Workday and related HR platforms.
    • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support competitive reward strategies.
    • Contribute to workforce planning and retention programs that support sustainable organizational growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a strong academic background.
    • At least 10 years of HR experience, including significant exposure as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within multinational or international organizations.
    • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in dynamic and evolving business environments.
    • Strong commercial mindset with a genuine interest in understanding business operations and organizational needs.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all organizational levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and contemporary HR best practices.
    • Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments.
    • Willingness to travel as required to support business operations.
    • Strong professional judgment, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
    • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
