Job Description
- Collect data, analyze and evaluate labor productivity, and propose solutions to improve production line efficiency.
- Develop and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with factory regulations and current standards.
- Provide guidance and training on production methods for employees.
- Collaborate with team members to develop optimal production solutions, aiming to reduce manufacturing costs and production lead time.
- Continuously improve production processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor and supervise production processes to promptly identify issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Train and develop technical expertise for team members to ensure they fully understand job functions, achieve production targets, and support career growth within the department.
- Research and evaluate new equipment systems and production lines.
- Supervise the preparation of materials and equipment prior to the start of production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering (IE), or related technical disciplines.
- Good command of Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing-related roles.
