Responsibilities:
- Oversee, plan, design, and implement policies, strategies, and methods for the PIH IE section to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and goal-oriented operations.
- Lead and execute projects related to production line expansion/modification and the maintenance of machines and related equipment.
- Enhance the operation capacity, safety performance, and productivity of mold and press machines.
- Build and strengthen the PIH IE team through evaluation, training, talent development, motivation, and other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role.
- Experience with press machines and molding machines.
- University degree and fluency in English (Japanese proficiency is preferred).
- Strong skills in people management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of mold and press machine repair and maintenance.
- Both long-term and short-term strategic vision.
- Experience in project management.
- Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative mindset, openness to new ideas, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Focus on talent development.
