Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate production performance data to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing line productivity
- Develop and standardize operational procedures in compliance with factory regulations and production standards
- Provide guidance and technical support on manufacturing methods and production processes to employees
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize production plans, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, and product quality
- Monitor and supervise production processes to identify issues promptly and implement effective corrective actions
- Train and develop team members on technical knowledge and operational practices to ensure achievement of production targets and support employee growth
- Research and evaluate new equipment systems and production line technologies
- Oversee the preparation of materials and equipment before production starts to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, production planning, or manufacturing operations
Language
- Good command of Chinese communication skills in both speaking and writing
- English proficiency is an advantage

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
