Responsibilities:
- Industry insight: Gain insights into customers and competitors in specific industries, analyze gaps and their root causes, and identify opportunity points/leads from an industry perspective.
- Industry development: Develop products and solutions, guide and drive sales from an industry dimension, and be responsible for achieving overall sales targets.
- Knowledge harvesting and empowerment: Lead the collection of industry practices across different regions, develop benchmark cases to facilitate global empowerment, build an arsenal of resources, and enhance the sales capabilities of overseas regions.
- Iterative optimization: Lead the process of feeding back international market demands in the industry to domestic R&D/product departments, collaborate with relevant authorities to continuously optimize and form a closed loop, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of future-oriented solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in engineering preferred.
- Strong client resources in HVAC, consumer electronics, heavy industry, PIMM, or other related industries.
- Knowledge of the industrial automation industry, as well as an understanding of the basic functions of servos, inverters, and PLCs, and the application scenarios of their related solutions.
- Technical sales experience in well-known industrial automation companies is preferred.
- Strong self-drive, ability to work independently, and high motivation.
- Fluent in English.
