Job Overview:
- Own integrated go-to-market for an assigned vertical. Drive local brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand; localize corporate campaigns; lead events; and coordinate closely with regional/HQ teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own integrated marketing strategy and build annual/quarterly plans and budgets with regional teams.
- Lead local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns with PR, Social, and Content.
- Act as the regional IMM: coordinate local activities and provide field support in sync with global marketing.
- Localize corporate campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials; optimize based on performance and feedback.
- Lead content translation/localization for regional website and assets.
- Coordinate paid and earned thought leadership activities with verticals and segment HQ.
- Manage end-to-end events (budget, vendors, logistics) with regional/HQ; align with customer-facing and marketing teams.
- Use events/webinars/tradeshows/executive briefings/customer events strategically to support vertical goals.
- Measure outcomes and continuously improve using campaign data and insights.
Main Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in developing and executing integrated Go-toMarket (GTM) strategies, specifically within the technology industry (ideally in CPaaS or AI/SaaS solutions).
- Experience managing end-to-end events (including logistics, vendor management, and budget) that strategically support business objectives.
- Strong track record in annual/quarterly marketing planning and budget management.
- Expertise in driving local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns (PR, Social, Content).
- Demonstrated ability to localize global corporate campaigns, product launches, and marketing assets effectively.
- Proficiency in using campaign data and insights for continuous improvement and outcome measurement.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to act as a Regional Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) and align with HQ/regional teams.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
