Location: 60km from Hanoi
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage all audit projects and team: Oversee all audit projects, manage the audit team, and review all reports in line with group internal audit standards and IFRS requirements.
- Risk Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze business risks, address audit findings, and provide comprehensive recommendations or corrective actions.
- Policy and Procedure Review: Evaluate and provide feedback on new and existing policies and procedures.
- Execution of IA Plan: Perform and complete internal audit (IA) engagements as per the approved IA plan within the required deadlines.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with relevant departments to discuss identified issues and agree on corrective actions.
- Improvement Identification: Identify areas for improvement within the business and propose appropriate recommendations.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and submit draft IA reports to the IA Director for review within the required deadlines.
- Recommendation Follow-up: Periodically follow up with departments on the completion status of IA recommendations.
- External and Internal Collaboration: Maintain close relationships with external auditors, departments, and senior management to ensure timely communication of critical issues.
- Support for IA Director: Assist the IA Director in independent assessments of control environments and in performing special audit assignments, often with minimal supervision.
- Team Guidance and Development: Provide instructions and guidance to IA staff throughout IA engagements, review their work, and support their professional development.
- IA Manual Maintenance: Maintain and update the IA manual as necessary.
Requirements and Experiences:
- Min 10 years of experience in audit/ accounting
- Strong IFRS, CA/ACCA/CPA/CIA holder
- Good English and Vietnamese
- Positive thinking, hardworking
- Good leadership and management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
