Main Responsibilities and Duties

Identify and pursue new customers and markets for Pepper, Cinnamon, and Cassia products.

Set targets and oversee sales activities to achieve departmental goals.

Review contracts to ensure compliance with customer and legal requirements regarding quality and food safety in relevant markets.

Conduct annual customer satisfaction evaluations to assess and enhance the Food Safety Management System.
-
Gather and address all customer complaints, claims, and feedback, coordinating investigations, corrections, and improvements with the factory.

Communicate quality and food safety issues to customers as needed.

Develop procedures, instructions, and guidelines in accordance with ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP, and AIB standards for all production plants.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications and Experience:

University graduate or higher, preferably in International Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer development and sales product management, with preference given to those with knowledge and experience in food ingredients.

Experience in Change Management is desirable.

Proficient in computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when required.

Other Qualifications: Demonstrated strong business process orientation and ability to collaborate across functions, both internally and externally.

Language: Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
