Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Planning & Supply Coordination
-
Execute production planning activities, including scheduling, material requirements planning, and inventory control.

Coordinate with central planning, quality teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate data, BOM preparation, and production cycles.

Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time, in-full delivery; proactively identify and analyze delivery risks.

Manage shipment planning via ERP/APO systems.

Follow up on packaging materials, artwork printing, and related procurement activities.
2. Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Coordinate logistics and transportation of raw materials and finished goods to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.

Monitor inventory accuracy and system alignment for inbound and outbound flows.

Support EPE-related processes and prepare monthly operational reports.
3. Production Performance Management

Ensure monthly production consumption and financial data are accurate and closed on time for reporting purposes.

Drive production efficiency through process optimization and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Monitor equipment and process performance using OEE metrics; support root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Foster a continuous improvement culture to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality and delivery standards.

Support weekly operations meetings with suppliers and prepare supplier KPI evaluations.
4. Information Systems & Project Support

Act as ERP (SAP) Super User, managing system tickets and user support.

Maintain master data and reports across ERP and planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Support suppliers on system-related issues.

Track operational projects to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of planning or operations experience within an industrial manufacturing environment (e.g. housewares, cosmetics, electronics, or EPE manufacturing).

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, supply chain management, and cost analysis.
Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and data-handling capabilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners.

Experience working with ERP and supply chain planning systems.
-
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
