Job Description: We are looking to add an Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) Manager to our dynamic team at Whitestown, INDIANA. The ICQA Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of inventory management within the warehouse. This role focuses on problem resolution, process optimization, and vendor compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inventory control maintenance and random counts in accordance with network count strategies. Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team.
- Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of inventory control and warehouse management system issues. Ensure root causes are identified, documented, and addressed with effective improvement plans.
- Conducted and oversaw quality assurance audits, creating detailed reports on deficiencies, ASN compliance, and load quality. Collaborate with Accounts Payable, vendors, and IPR to maintain inventory accuracy and vendor compliance within the warehouse.
- Assist the higher management in evaluating and improving work methods, procedures, controls, and staffing to ensure efficient product movement and processing.
- Coach, train, and develop Associates through both informal on-floor coaching and formal training programs. Provide constructive feedback to foster a positive, employee-centered work environment.
- Review and improve transportation carrier performance as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Four plus years of work experience as an ICQA Manager in a warehouse setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays. Must be on-call as needed.
