Key Responsibilities
- Assess investment opportunities and develop detailed financial models.
- Structure transactions, coordinate due diligence, and prepare investment proposals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with energy-sector partners.
- Coordinate with utilities, government authorities, and external advisors throughout project development.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Investment, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.
- Hands-on experience in energy investments or transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
- Established relationships within the energy sector, with experience working with EVN, authorities, and industry partners.
- Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.
