EV Search is a leading executive search firm specializing in connecting top talent with global companies. Our ICT team in Ho Chi Minh City is expanding, and we are looking for dynamic and driven Junior and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant in the ICT team, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and delivering top technology talent to our clients. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and contribute to the growth of our ICT practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and engage with candidates for ICT positions (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, AI Specialists).
- Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to job offer and onboarding.
- Client Management:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent strategies.
- Candidate Experience:
- Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Offer career advice and negotiate job offers on behalf of clients.
- Market Intelligence & Networking
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and talent demands in the ICT sector.
- Attend networking events and industry forums to expand your professional network.
Requirements
For Junior Consultant:
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (ICT industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
For Senior Consultant:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment (ideally in ICT or technical roles).
- Proven track record of managing the full recruitment cycle and delivering successful placements.
- Client management experience and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
For Both Levels:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
