Key Responsibilities

Qualify potential opportunities and lead them through the full sales cycle to successful closure

Manage direct sales activities for assigned target accounts

Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver effective demonstrations and address customer requirements

Develop, tailor, and present end-to-end solution proposals aligned with varied client needs
-
Take ownership of the sales process, including forecasting, account planning, and resource coordination
-
Contribute to the development and delivery of clear, compelling value propositions
-
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contractual terms, to optimize value for both clients and the organization

Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships in partnership with cross-functional teams
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
-
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in solution-based or consultative sales (SaaS experience is an advantage)
-
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, supported by performance-based earnings
-
Strong ability to identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders within target accounts
-
Strategic, growth-oriented mindset with experience in the telecommunications and wholesale sectors
-
Solid industry knowledge and proven experience working with telecom operators
-
Familiarity with enterprise communication platforms and competitive market landscapes
-
Proven capability to influence and engage senior-level and C-suite decision-makers
-
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
-
Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on long-term partnership development
-
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
