Key Account Manager (B2B) - Chinese & English speaking

    Job Overview
    Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering sales targets across assigned territories and or key accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out sales activities aligned with specific RBIS Retail Brands and Information Solutions Master Customer programs within a designated geographic area.
    • Promote and sell the full IBMS product portfolio to assigned major accounts including factories, vendors and agents.
    • Provide timely updates on market trends, competitor activities and industry insights to the company.
    • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and develop strong relationships with prospective customers.
    • Prepare and submit customer visit reports, account plans and sales performance reports accurately and on schedule.
    • Maintain comprehensive and up to date records of all customer interactions, including both completed and attempted engagements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges, recommend improvements and participate in initiatives that enhance operational and sales effectiveness.
    • Establish and nurture long term relationships with target factories, vendors, agents and buying offices of Master Customers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
    • Proven experience in building and leading a team of at least 3 to 5 members.
    • Preference for candidates with background in apparel or footwear manufacturing, merchandising or trim and accessory supply.
    • Mandatory fluency in both English and Chinese.
    • Proficient in computer applications.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and high level of self motivation.
    • Customer focused, reliable and hardworking.
    • Solid product knowledge, market awareness, sales expertise and demonstrated leadership capability.
