Key Account Manager (Electronics)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Account management

    • Local account ownership, this role typically covers key accounts and ensures that account plans are in place.
    • Executes the growth strategy for his/her accounts, as well as the Sales process, in order to meet growth and customer satisfaction goals.

    2. Qualifying opportunities: 

    • Active participation and identification of prospective projects through regular customer contact (face to face) within targeted accounts.
    • Capable of gathering specific information (competitors, budget, communication/tech adv/disadv, etc...) to improve chances

    3.    Manage offers and promote products and solutions:

    • Customers must be presented with and given technical information.
    • Conduct technical prescriptions and offer technical assistance to customers

    4.    Offer follow-up: 

    • Follow-up on offers with customers and keep project information on bFOs up to date.

    5.    Complete contracts:

    • Lead contract negotiations with the assistance of other departments (Finance, EDAC, CCC, etc).
    • Transfer project information to the support team and ensure a smooth transition to project execution.

    6.    Customer follow-up:

    • To facilitate the executor during project handover for execution and to lead the project kick-off meeting.
    • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction both before and after delivery. To ensure customer satisfaction, collaborate closely with the back office (execution, finance, marketing, and logistics).

    7.    Accounts receivable management: 

    • Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in accordance with company expectations.

    8.    Master SE provides expertise and targeted solutions:

    • Have a thorough understanding of all SE products and targeted solutions in order to promote to specific accounts.

    9.    Implementation of bFO

    • Create SVR within 48 hours of visit and maintain and update project status in Bridge Front Office on a regular basis (bFO). Ensure that project information is comprehensive and useful in supporting key strategic decisions.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Degrees in electrical engineering or energy management (hardware or software) are advantageous.
    • 7 years of experience working with relevant end-users in building and infrastructure.
    • A proven relationship in a listed SATA is a significant advantage
