JOB DESCRIPTION
- In charge of site assessment and control, make attempts to acquire land or potentially other facilities for the installation of renewable energy systems. In specific, you will need to do land prospecting, identification and assessment, collect information from public authorities, analyze project feasibility, build and maintain property owner relationship.
- Create strategic targets with top mangement, internal staff, and external consultants to secure land for renewable energy projects.
- Support the project development process by collaborating with permitting, technical, legal, and financial teams.
- Manage and keep data rooms, project summary and tracking tools, and project files up to date.
- Oversee basic local satellite office operations during the process of land lease and purchase
- Compile and update reports when required.
- Other development and support activities as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 08 years of experience in the real estate industry, with 5+ years working in rural areas
- Proven track record of working cooperatively with provincial and local governments
- Proven track record of working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of working in an MNC is a big advantage
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese renewable energy market is preferred
- Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems
- High level of professionalism with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Top-tier time management and interpersonal skills;
- Native or near-native Vietnamese proficiency is required
- English: Intermediate or higher level.
- A BA/BS degree is a minimum requirement
- Renewable energy courses completed will be positively considered
- Frequent business flights (mostly domestic)
