Lead FE Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of front-end research and development, including designing, building, and optimizing user interfaces.

    • Lead technical decision-making, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software development and system architecture.

    • Apply appropriate tools and frameworks to solve user experience challenges, handle complex business logic, and deliver effective technical solutions.

    • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and contribute to system design.

    • Research emerging technologies and assess industry-leading solutions to continuously enhance user experience and product quality.

    • Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.

    • Lead large-scale projects from planning through delivery, providing guidance and technical direction to team members throughout the process.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

    • Strong hands-on experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in ReactJS and React Native ecosystems. Approximately 9+ years of experience for a senior/lead-level role.

    • Proven experience leading development projects, including managing or guiding teams of 4 or more members.

    • Open-minded leadership style with strong communication, listening, and collaboration skills.

    • Solid awareness of current technology trends and industry developments.

    • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

    • Extensive experience delivering or leading large-scale front-end systems or modules, with strong architectural knowledge.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js or similar platforms.

    • Hands-on experience with mini-program or lightweight application development.

    • Exposure to international projects or contributions to open-source initiatives.
