Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Production Management:
• Supervise the production process to ensure smooth operation of machinery and production lines.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
2. Training and Guidance:
• Train and guide operators and other staff on production procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards.
• Address questions and provide support to staff during operations.
3. Quality Control:
• Monitor and inspect product quality during the production process.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to implement improvements when necessary.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Ensure all machinery is in optimal working condition.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare reports on production status, issues, and corrective actions.
• Manage and store documentation related to production processes and safety procedures.
6. Safety and Environmental Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Implement safety measures and emergency response procedures as required.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Experience and Knowledge:
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in solar panel production.
• Knowledge of industrial production processes and equipment.
2. Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Effective communication and training abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
3. Education:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
4. Other Requirements:
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail, diligence, and a high sense of responsibility.
