Job Summary
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing initiatives in areas such as Organization Management and System Solutions within the designated area of Solar PV Business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Shaping Equipment Engineering team, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to prioritize equipment repair and maintenance activities effectively
- Conduct equipment performance evaluations and implement improvements to enhance reliability and productivity.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of equipment, including installation, commissioning, and decommissioning, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout.
- Manage equipment modification projects from conception to implementation, aligning them with production requirements and ensuring successful execution.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers and contractors, supporting equipment procurement and maintenance activities.
- Strive to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to equipment operations and maintenance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by mentoring and developing team members.
Basic Qualifications
- B.E/ B.Tech / Graduate Engineer in - Materials Science, Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office, Minitab
- ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma, QC Tools, Kaizen, Statistical Process Control, TQM -

Required Technical Experience
- Designing and developing mechanical and electronic equipment, analyzing and improving existing systems, performing customization, and installing and removing attachments. Address issues and complaints, providing corrective measures promptly and efficiently. Inspect and test new systems.
