About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global consumer goods company seeking a Leader Growth
Solution Supervisor to drive distributor performance and growth. This role serves as the key
interface between business partners and internal teams, ensuring effective sales execution and
long-term business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned distributor groups, providing strategic and operational support to achieve sales and business goals.
- Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Develop and implement tailored sales and engagement programs to support distributor growth.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and communication.
- Conduct training sessions, seminars, and events to strengthen business capability and engagement.
- Monitor progress and KPIs, generating reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English and Vietnamese).
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Confident public speaking and event facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analytics is a plus.
