Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with external training providers and manage the L&D budget
- Monitor and report on training activities, ensuring proper documentation
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights and recommend improvements
- Oversee and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Design and deliver development programs aligned with business needs
- Build and strengthen internal talent pipelines
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
- Collaborate with universities and external institutions
- Act as a key liaison between local leadership, regional teams, and global stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Solid experience in Learning & Development or similar HR roles
- Hands-on experience with LMS systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English & Polish (both written and spoken)
