Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support to the HR team and other departments on labor law, corporate law, international law, and criminal and civil law matters.
- Conduct regular training sessions for teams and the company on relevant international laws and regulatory changes.
- Draft comprehensive legal guidelines, manuals, and training materials to support company-wide legal awareness.
- Review, draft, and revise contracts, policies, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Monitor changes in local and international legislation, ensuring the company stays informed and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and handle any legal disputes or investigations if they arise.
- Support HR in handling complex employee relations matters from a legal perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, Legal Advisor, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on labor law, corporate law, international law, and criminal & civil law.
- Strong knowledge of international legal frameworks and cross-border legal considerations.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts clearly to non-legal teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
