Key Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance & Advisory:
- Track and analyze new laws and regulations, providing recommendations to ensure compliance.
- Review contracts, marketing programs, and internal decisions, ensuring legal risks are minimized.
- Handle company licenses, intellectual property, and legal documentation.
- Manage legal disputes, including contracts, product liability, and labor issues.
- Support government audits and coordinate with authorities.

Cross-functional Legal Support:
- Provide legal advice for business functions and new initiatives.
- Assist the HR team with business ethics, compliance, and labor law adherence.
- Engage external legal counsel when needed.

Government Relations & Compliance:
- Support government affairs, maintain relationships with authorities, and provide insights into automotive industry policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, including Anti-Bribery and Code of Conduct regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience in an international law firm, top-tier local firm, or foreign-invested company
- Strong proficiency in English (writing, speaking, listening)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business acumen with strong decision-making skills
- Hardworking, positive attitude, and systematic thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent thinker with solid risk analysis abilities
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and self-confidence
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure and uncertainty
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing relationships with government officials
- Knowledge of government policies and strategies in the automotive industry
- Experience in international law firms, foreign companies, or the automotive sector
