JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee all daily operations of the logistics department at the warehouse.

Receive and handle customer requests and complaints, respond promptly, and assign tasks to staff.

Coordinate cargo transportation, focusing mainly on routes from the China border to client factories.

Train and guide vendors to comply with company safety regulations; monitor and evaluate vendor KPIs.

Resolve unexpected issues arising during warehouse and transportation operations.

Ensure department performance in terms of cost efficiency, service quality, and delivery timelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Import-Export, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in Chinese for communication and work purposes.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management and cross-border transportation, especially on Vietnam–China routes.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.

Systematic thinking, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility in handling situations.
