Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities by prospecting for supply chain solutions and actively promoting sales activities.

Develop new key accounts and expand business with potential large-scale accounts, targeting SMEs and MNCs in the local market.

Report to the Head of Sales for planning, forecasting activities, customer visits, opportunities, and prospect information.

Achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to meet KPIs.
-
Drive new business growth across all facets of the business as per sales targets set by
the Sales Manager.

Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial customer
information.

Maintain continuous communication with new customers, Customer Service, and
Operations departments regarding company policies and customer expectations.
- Actively seek to expand opportunities by developing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
-
Minimum 3 years of logistics/ supply chain industry experience, with at least 2 years
in sales.

Experience managing high-level customer relationships in global and regional multinational corporations.

Proficiency in selling and marketing supply chain solutions, particularly in airfreight, warehousing, and distribution services.

Ability to lead strategic initiatives to enhance logistics sales and organizational success.

Strong skills in sales and marketing change management, advanced logistics, and
high-level numerical and verbal reasoning.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
-
Proficiency in English or Chinese.
