Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior M&A Manager to lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and
corporate investment strategies. This role requires deep expertise in deal sourcing,
financial structuring, valuation, and due diligence. The ideal candidate will drive
high-profile transactions, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide strategic
guidance on capital deployment and portfolio optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute M&A strategies aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Build relationships with investment banks, financial advisors, and industry partners to source deals.
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, from initial screening and financial analysis to negotiation and closing.
- Oversee due diligence processes, including financial, legal, operational, and market analysis. Structure deals to maximize value creation while minimizing risks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, regulators, and financial institutions.
- Develop and review financial models, and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis).
- Provide investment recommendations to senior leadership and board members.
- Assess post-merger integration plans to ensure business and operational synergies.
- Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to refine investment strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or M&A.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and due diligence.
- Solid understanding of deal structuring, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.).
- CFA, CPA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
