Overview
This position is for a Machine Learning Engineer who will play a critical role in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models. The focus is on building intelligent systems that enhance product features through precise data analysis, particularly using image and language-based technologies. The role requires both deep technical knowledge and the ability to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, ensuring that ML models deliver real, measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy high-performance machine learning models to support and enhance product capabilities
- Work on improving the accuracy and efficiency of the drawing recognition and search features
- Participate across the full software development lifecycle: designing, building, testing, deploying, experimenting, and refining
- Collaborate with other engineering and ML teams to solve complex challenges and deliver practical solutions
- Monitor deployed models and iteratively improve them based on performance feedback and new insights
- Explore the application of large-scale language and vision models (LLMs/LVMs) in industrial contexts
- Support the transition of prototype models into robust production systems

Required Qualifications
- Solid experience developing and evaluating machine learning models, especially in image recognition or NLP
- Proven ability to deploy and maintain ML models in production environments
- Understanding of DevOps or MLOps practices in ML infrastructure
- Strong collaborative skills and a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale ML models (LLMs/LVMs)
- Familiarity with end-to-end pipelines including annotation tools and data processing
- Exposure to machine learning in industrial or engineering applications
