Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the textile machinery market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and project follow-ups.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of machinery.
- Lead the aftersales team to ensure timely service response and customer satisfaction.
- Provided technical support and troubleshooting solutions for customers.
- Manage spare parts sales and ensure inventory levels meet demand.
Requirements:
- Education: College degree or higher.
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience in textile processes and machinery.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
