Responsibilities and Duties
- Support clients in cost transformation and business optimization.
- Identify and implement productivity enhancements.
- Design and implement solutions, ensuring value delivery.
- Lead teams, conduct research, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop proposals and expand your consulting skills.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a business, supply chain, or finance.
- Over 8-10 years of professional experience in strategic management, transformation, or consulting.
- Strong background in leading business model design and implementation, particularly in Cost transformation, Operational Excellence (Opex), productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
- Familiarity with one or more industry sectors such as Telecom/Technology, Mining, Energy, Industrials, or Consumer Business.
- Experience managing project or resource budgets.
